    lol you can accomplish anything you set your eyes on Getbig. It just depends what you to specialize in. Vince wanted to focus on being a pro a WBFF fitness model competing so he learned everything from everyone to succeed. Not everyone could be a WBFF fitness model because of their body type. Think about it if Ben got on stage with Vince all the Judges would be like what in the world is that guy doing HAHA!

    the settings wont let me link…At the top type in negative rep pull ups and one of the first videos will cover this.

    here’s a video that shows slow negatives. If you don’t have a stool or something to use for starting at the top of the pull up exercise then jumping to the top of the pull up exercise will work fine. Hope this helps and let me know if you have any questions.

    EXQU don’t get fired up that’s exactly what OK wants. We both know Vince is the man and making a difference! The only thing OKJ can do is sink to the lowest low like a politician and take shots. He clearly has NOTHING to stand on and wants to bring you and all of us down with HIM. Just look at his actions and it says everything about him and his LIFE.

    If you want work on increasing your reps more one simple trick that might help is do 4 weeks of negative reps to build your overall strength and lowering your self from the top to bottom really slowly. Hope this helps :) .

  23. hey vince. I can manage about 3-5 pull ups and i feel it a lot in my back, while my friends do more but hardly feel it in their back. How can i do more and still fill it in my back
