  22. hey alicia i weigh 45kgs and i am 5 ft tall…i am otherwise slim except fr my tummy…can u plzz show sum exercises to reduce tummy and gain a little bit of weight?…..thnx ….a girl frm india!!

    p.s. emphasis on tummy plz.

  29. Hi. If your goal is to increase muscle size, then yes, increase the weight. If you simply want more tone (not size) those weights can work effectively..be well. Alycia

    In order to gain more muscles,do i need to increase the weight of my Dunb bell?At the present moment i’m lifting 4kg in a pair and was thinking to increase the weight.

  32. what about the nutritional values you can get from meat and such but you don’t when vegetarian? Is it a good or bad thing to cut out any type of meat? I’m thinking about being vegetarian just from the healthy aspect of it, not because of political reasons, animals killing etc..been eating green for the past 6 months and very little meat, lost over 53 pounds and i feel great, I just wonder if i’m an active person(workouts etc) cutting out meat is it bad…?

  39. it’s so true. when you show people love and smile, you feel great and you are positive you are also fighting back stress. So if you have this inside beauty you can move on, you acquire a strong will and you can achieve everything you desire :)
