Use a food journal of some sort one like myfitnesspal they have a website for recording your exercise and calorie intake just go create an account and everything should be set up (via the information you’ve put in from creating an account) and just fill it out everyday as long as you say below your maximum calorie intake you should be losing weight the speed at which you lose it is depending on how confident are you to be honest try 1 a week if you struggle a lot with this get lots of sleep too

I am willing to workout daily, in the morning and in the evening. How do you suggest I reach my goal? By doing this workout daily, also is there a good carido workout I can do in the morning?

    I love it..but we have 3 vids workout…..15 min mma , 15 min kickboxing, 30 min kickboxing..

    strength, power, abs, condition, mma strength circuit etc very vids…
