    Great ideas that work and are worth sharing indeed. two points of critic if I may: plastic is not too good, especially if the utensils are cheap, there may be some risk that plastic particles (you cannot see them unfortunately) come off the knife and fork and go into your body. I would suggest a desert fork and cut the chicken en veggies at bite size so one small fork will do just fine. 2.prepare the chicken yourself, much healthier (see your other video)

  6. You can find them at WalMart… “The Container Store” has lots of options too, little pricey but they last longer.

  7. How much sodium do those per cooked chicken have?? And do you watch your sodium ??? Just wondering what could be the downside of too much sodium
