    Hi Amanda, I do a cardio workout and about 16 minute workout for abs and 5 minute workout for my thighs everyday… I have seen improvements with my abs but there is still some flab there. What workouts should I do and what eating plan should I use?? I’m 14, how many weeks will it take to lose the flab? Sorry for so many questions!

    i thought she was engaged but she doesn’t have a ring on her finger. maybe she went thru a breakup. either way, great theme for a workout and it is true that this is the best fuel for your fire when it comes to getting into shape.

  5. The best revenge is to get into serious shape and it will do wonders for your mind. go get it girlfriend! I know break-ups SUCK, we all go through them, and I’m confident they always happen for a reason we will see in the long run :)

  7. I was so excited to see this in my subscriptions. My boyfriend broke up with me a couple of weeks ago after three and a half years together. I’m absolutely devastated and am willing to try anything to start feeling better.

  10. I love the idea. I know it wasn’t a break-up but when I lost a family member last year, working out helped me with the grieving process. I could take my mind of it for an hour and my body felt better :)
