Yes, I too am guilty of jumping from diet plan to others as well, I think that I need to have tested every fat reduction system that was available, however in the end not one of them made it easier for me to shed and maintain the weight off. I ended up trying for the very last time with the Proladox Diet Plan mainly because my buddy who told me great things about it and so far to date I’ve successfully lost 15 pounds in 4 weeks!

    not one part of his body gives you the reason to think he is on steroids, its absolutely possible to look like him with a good & healthy nutrition.

    But people that arent in shape seem to think loosing fat or building muscle is impossible without steroids. maybe going to the gym is almost equal to the use of steroids to you/them. cheers

  13. You are talking about the difference between raw and traditional. I am talking about the same thing in a different language. Cocoa and cacao is the same thing.

  14. Raw cacao powder is unadulterated and contains many more nutrients than traditional cocoa powder.

  23. What do you do with the yolks? Is there any healthy way of cooking the eggs with the yolks? I know they have a lot of fat but i feel bad for just eating the whites xD
