::::OPEN ME I am by no means a fitness expert, nutritionist, etc…I am simply giving little tips on how to get started on dieting. the same comment I get alot is, I don’t have the motivation…and well, I completely understand that. the motivation has to hit you and something has to click in your head otherwise its going to be a failure (believe me! before my “click”, I failed on most “diets”) however thats the great thing, don’t think of it as a diet, think of it as a healthier lifestyle. thats how I do it. instead of eating out everynight and never skipping dessert, I just readjusted to working out more and cooking more. and yeah, on the weekends, I will go out if I feel the need to but so far this week no cravings for sweets, alcohol, or olive garden. lol hope this video can be helpful in some way. if you don’t feel ready to lose the weight, theres no time limit, theres no pressure. you can lose the weight whenever you’re ready, IF YOU WANT. I know people who are MORE THAN HAPPY with their size and thats fine too I’m not here to preach, judge. y’all know I share so much of my life with you and since I struggle with eating and exercise, I just wanted to share this with you as well.   8. well i must say..that you should be proud on yourself..! you are an inspiration for all of us. Just to give you some tips about fitness and diet. Diet is 70 % and working out is 30% of your success. Try to eat clean as much as possibile, 5 times a day, you won’t starve yourself, and the most important is that you will feel much better when you eat real healthy food. Congrats on your improvement!

  12. My wife and I can sit here and watch your videos for like hours. lmfao But she did the south beach diet religiously for two weeks and it really worked for her! she lost 6 lbs in 2 weeks. But apparently you can lose up to 15 lbs in two weeks if you really stick to it! :-) just some friendly advice lol and shes about 180 too!

  16. Healthy? No matter how muh you weigh, you won’t be healthy untill you eat vegetables.

  17. You can eat 4 or 5 meals a day, and each meal is like a snack. Not really a meal. And when you eat you don’t want to eat till you are full, eat til when you are like half full. It helped me a lot :)

  31. Had to butt in here. Calling people dumb when you don’t know your sh*t makes you look like an ignorant little bitch. It’s true, it does depend on your weight. It would take a very thin person much less effort to jog for 45 minutes than it would a very heavy person. Hence, the heavier person burns more calories. Common sense mate lol
