High Intensity Muscle Building Workout

How to build ripped muscle: sixpackshortcuts.com Hey what’s up Sixpackshortcutters, Mike here, and today I’m going to show you how to pack on some serious muscle and bring out great definition to your body. All you will need to for this session is a barbell with weights. You can do this entire at home and I’ll be there every step of the way. Routine Breakdown: *No rest in between sets until entire round of exercises are done. You will do four rounds to complete the routine. *The pushups are done til failure and the rest are done or 10 reps. -Push ups -Bent-over rows -Military presses -Barbell squats -Barbell lunges -Barbell curls -Triceps Ext Hope you have a great workout as always and train hard.   16. For football my coaches said that the military presses are behind the head. Is your way better than behind the head? Or is it just to workout a different part?

  17. Focus on increasing you total rep count with the 25 lb dumbbells for a while, then move onto the 35 lbs.

  18. i only have 25 and 35 lb dumbbells , 25 is too light, ive been using 35 lb for a while but i feel like it works out my biceps less cuz its a little to heavy. what should i do? im still getiing 8-12 reps with the 35 lb
