  14. Never thought of it but now that you mention it even the videos that demonstrate one hand lever are fewer than 15 or so, which is not the case with planches

  15. I myself, though not with consistence, am almost able to hold it with my legs spread. Once that`s done, i`ll probably be able to close them in like 2 or 3 months if i train hard from time to time. There are many, and i mean it, exercises and feats that are much harder than this one. Ever wondered why there are so many tutorials on how to do / get able to do a planche and so few on how to do a one handed front lever.
