I really do! i mean, somtimes when i want to go to gym but im tired because of my job or shit like that, i only got to look @one of your videos and i almost run to gym! im doin HLWP since few months and i see results i didnt saw when i was doin other workouts i saw @youtube! its because you explain every workout and tell how we got to do this shit right en Why! the way you explain things makes my workouts better and makes me wanna train harder!
