  5. @iiccqtz yes. you can make your workout sessions much more productive if your eating the right foods to avoid fat and belly. Between I saw an interview with body building champion where he talks about 7 odd foods he eats to keep his abs hard. worth watch here now ==>

  7. Hi, have you tried “Musclegend” (search on Google)? On their website you can watch a good free video explaining how to build noteworthy muscle really fast. This made it easier for Ryan to overcome his body building plateau and build chiseled lean muscle free of fat fast. I hope it will help you as well.
