  2. There are no secrets to getting/staying fit. There are no “shortcuts”. pills and surgeries take fat off, but if YOU dont change it goes back on. Want to know how to lose weight? Hard work, exercise, and a healthy diet. Your not hungry, your bored, go exercise fatty.

QUESTION- How can a student, who is constantly surrounded by school work, loose weight (including getting enough sleep and reducing stress) without impacting his/ her school work in a negative way? I ask this because i have a lot of school work and activities to do and find it hard to fit in even a little bit of exercise. Thank You!

  11. not really though…try making up ur own technique..other people’s body’s don’t lose fat the same way… but exercise, eat breakfast, and drink a-lot of water :) … really helps..:)

  12. ALWAYS DRINK A CUP OF WATER WHEN U WAKE UP IN THE MORNING AND BEFORE U GO TO SLEEP!!!!!!!!…I JUST DRINK 3 CUPS.. DAILY ….trust me it works…this is wht i have done, when i was a little i used to be a chubby baby, thats y i have chubby cheeks:)…but then i started losing weight :) …and alot of people say i should become a runway model:)

  13. the main steps for staying skinny and losing weight is to exercise, dont sit down too much!!!!!!!!!!, walk around play a sport, always eat breakfast and make sure its a big one then (i usually eat twice a day cause i am used too it)…so dont eat twice a day instead eat 3 times a day but make sure ur lunch and dinner are very small(like a snack small)..and ALWAYS

  17. What about eating more nutritious foods. Like tomatoes, celery, peppers, etc. That not only are the most nutritious out there, they fill you up and have antioxidants which prevents aging.

    I was glad to find my “formerly” anorectic girlfriend in the kitchen this morning blending her breakfast.
