  10. Ohhh I totally need to do this workout. I’m pretty skinny (but not muscular everywhere), and between my thighs, on my adductor, i have, since i’m born ahah, some fat in this area. It’s pretty weird.

  12. Amanda, Im not sure if you will see this but your workouts have seriously gotten me through injury and made me stronger than I ever have been before! I run with better form and I feel amazing!   19. LOVE this one!!! Didn’t think I could even do some of these but surprised myself!! I have never seen the Dog Leg Lifts before but man are they effective!!! And I love the donkey kicks but I usually do those with my arms in plank position and it really works out your shoulders and arms too!! And the hip ups are my favorite!!! I used to do them ALL the time…I realized as I was doing them that this is also why I used to have buns of steel haha
