  7. Hi there, have you heard about “Belly Fat Blaze” (do a Google search for it)? On their website you can watch a practical free video. It made it easier for Randy to burn his abdominal fat. Perhaps it will work for you also.

  13. Any exercise will help loose weight if you do it enough. Sit ups are hard and most people quit early and only build muscle. You burn off sugar before fat. Basically, you have to burn off any stored energy (you will breath heavier and get tiered) then you start burning fat. I would suggest these exercises followed by a jog or long walk 5 times a week (or whenever you get time.)

  14. lots of squats, pull ups, and jogging to build endurance. I like spelunking and that helps me… Hope it helps you.

Respect for anyone living a healthy lifestyle and encouraging others to do the same…but none of these are plyometric exercises, the fitness industry is so messed up, so many people/”trainers” providing false information on exercises they simply don’t understand.     before i did this i was a freshman in high school only high jumping 6′ 2″, when i started doin plyo i now jump 7′ 00″, im a sophomore
