    Finished 3 rounds plus 7 rows. My thighs are burning! I love the fact that in the beginning of this year I could barely do one push up on my knees and now I never even think about modifying an exercise. And it’s all thanks to you Z!

  29. I did NOT feel like working out today, so I picked a random ZWOW with no expectations. Did 3 rounds, and feel much better about myself now! I kept losing balance on the crab touches though, especially that last round!
