  4. You need to burn the fat on your arms. Add some cardio in the routine.

  8. To the loser below, what do you do to progress upwards? Start with light weights. Doing light weights with a lot more reps tones up and burns fat. Doing weights that are heavy (hard to do the last 3 or 4 reps) will just make you big faster. Correct me if you think I’m wrong.

  9. My dick weights more then those dumbbells lmao, using light reps for toning? thats bullshit, for toning aka definition you need low body fat and you can lift heavy. Why you girls scared of doing heavy lifts? you ain’t gonna get almost no muscle mass because of your low levels of testosterone, unless you take steroids like those bodybuilder girls that go to competitions.
