  5. wow in 10 min i have finished 3 rounds but i’m so sweat.. as hell.. nice after i will come back to good form with you i have to come back to this one and do it again. I want to do 4 rounds! :)

    This is so like my very favorite Bodyrock.tv workout and one of the very first ones I ever did with Zuzanna. Only one different move. Love love love dive bombers!

  20. I was trying that…it is really hard…i didn’t exercise for about 4 months properly(although I’ve been cycling every day to work and back) and I couldn’t keep up with you Zuzana, but I’ll get there :) …It’s a brilliant work out, Thank you so much Zuzana. Love to you! :)

  23. I went back to this one, today. I really like the moves, especially the dynamic squats =) It’s a great workout, one of my favorite so far. Thanks a lot!
    Btw, it’s actually the first time i’m doing a full ZWOW without thinking ‘i hate her’, i enjoyed myself all the way through.. Its feels good, and that’s all thanks to you, Zuzana (and all your team) =)

  24. I did three rounds the other day, but dive pistols on my knees, today I did another three, then I’m good to go. But next time I will reach the four rounds !!! :D

  25. I love this, and I love how you can make the most killer bodyweight workouts! Seriously, I’m so over new BodyRock (no hate to Lisa Marie, honestly Freddie is probably the person to blame for that mess) and the ridiculously intricate/equipment-heavy workouts they do. Indian clubs and 30 different exercises for a 12-minute workout?!? No thanks, I’d rather do prisoner get-ups until my legs fail me.

  27. I finished the workout in 7.02 min and instead of jogging I added 30 min jump rope and a bodyrock workout.

  28. Your workouts are great, arguably the best free trainer ever, but to be honest, I miss the dark hair. Please keep up the good work though, you’re an inspiration.

  35. Short and sweet – Loved it Zuzu! Thank you!! Also, 25lbs. dumbbells….WHEW! Good call on “heavy”! OY! ;o) I finished 3 Rounds in 7:17 and added 20 min. of jump rope high knees. Love you, love your workouts, WANT YOUR TANK TOP!!! (site up soon pretty pretty please???)

  47. Whooo, did NOT want to do this workout, but was motivated by the beautiful Zuzana to push.
    7:39 -I did 10 thrusters instead of 5 because I only had 8lb. weights. ^_^
    A note, if you would, remember to stay light on your feet and land on your toes during the jumps. I have bad knees but this will prevent them from hurting as much and preserve your joints overall. ^_^

    I finished this workout in 10 minutes then did 10 minutes jogging on the spot witg 10 lbs weights and i feel great, sweaty and puffed, but great. thanks Zuzana looking forward to the next one
