  1. Why are there no studies documented with these fantastic veggies against blood cancers?

  2. except the radicchio

  3. This is excellent information! Thank you very much for sharing!

  4. Sven, garlic raw OR cooked is very good … raw is probably best but I’ve read that if you chop it and let it SIT and then cook it (sauteed), it will still have beneficial effects.

  5. Is that garlic cooked or raw? Or both are evenly effective?

  6. spinach is very bad for you. it can cause hives or urtricaria.

  7. YES…garlic is da bomb! Chop it…let it sit…then add to your own salad dressing or hummus or possibly just swallow it down..I do this when I feel the slightest hint of scratchy throat…takes some practice to swallow it but it is not that difficult. NICE video, Doc! Thank you!

  8. Where did you find it available for free? Dr. Greger usually links to the free full-texts when they are available and to the abstract or a copy you can buy when it isn’t.

  9. No tomato??? WTF I always thought tomatoes were awesome at fighting cancer!!

  10. I wonder how much higher the incidence of cancer is in the strict Jain community, since they eat neither garlic nor onion.

  11. Information doesn’t become non credible because people delivering it have to make a living too. If this was not peer reviewed science, you would have a great point. These are studies, not salespeople giving this info.

would you believe the earth was flat too if NASA asked for money for their missions to outerspace to prove it is round?

    science trumps superstition

  12. Why does your source at your official site link to another website that tries to sell the document for ~$36 or .$99 for an hour when it’s otherwise free? That’s pretty shady if you ask me. If you want people to take your information and video seriously, you should include a link to your source that’s hosted for free.

  26. stevia or ka’a he’e in Guarani (sweet grass) is of Paraguay (scientific name “Stevia rebaudiana Bertoni” after its discoverers Ovid Rebaudi Paraguayan scientists and Moises Bertoni Swiss-born but naturalized Paraguayan 1885 … yet it is found wild in the northeast of the country across the border with Brazil, hence leaving many to say that it is also home bras, which is not true, only that these were brought to Brazil from Paraguay for cultivation, in Paraguay there are over 300 varieties
