Well with the protein powder I use is called V-core from Complete Nutrition and depending on what recipe I use which my favorite one is very berry, I use a cup of Orange juice, 1/2c of blackberries, blueberries and strawberries, a cup of Greek vanilla yogurt and then 40g of protein powder(which is 2 scoops)

  13. Depends on the protein shake mixture – you can make great protein shakes with hemp seeds, nuts and seeds!

  14. So when you say high quality protein, what about using protein shakes? I am one of those people that can’t get a good meal in so I make protein shakes that act as a meal replacement. Would that be a good thing or not?
