  3. Apple cider vinegar supplements by new Nordic are amazingl I swear by them. They make me feel more energetic, my joints feel more supple and I crave and enjoy fruit and veg when I take them, when normally I don’t really enjoy or feel satisfied eating healthily. X

  4. There are no spin classes close to wear I live :( they have an x-biking class! And would an elliptical work too?

  6. Hi Amanda! I’ve been a subbie for quite some time now and I LIVE by your channel. All of your at home exercises leave me feeling so achieved and just completely energized and ready to do more! So thank you for making these videos, I love you!
    But I also have a question, which is what sort of things can we do at our local gym to burn inner thigh fat/thigh fat/bum fat/love handles? (i.e. Treadmill, leg machines) I’m aiming to lose 2 more pant sizes so any advice (even on food) is appreciated!

  7. What about lemon water? I heard both ACV & lemon water are cleansing (I started drinking lemon water to get better skin). Is there a ratio I should use (lemon to water)?

  13. I think that could actually help. I currently have really high blood sugar and I am trying to get it under control otherwise I will have to go on insulin. I have really stepped up my workouts recently also cut out most sugar and it seems to be helping. I test twice a day and after I do my workouts it seems to help a lot. I think I will try this and see if it helps. Do you think it would help with that and my secondary goal of weight loss?

  14. Your videos rock! They’re very helpful! I’ve lost 11 lbs and I have 9 more to go. I do drink ACV diluted with water or I’ll drinks water with a little lemon. I’ve lost weight thru exercising more and eating less. I eat lots of vegetables, quinoa and Greek yogurt. I no longer crave junk food but that caving lasted a couple of months.

    I use as a healthy swap for salad dressing. Makes it more filling and gives the taste a little kick!

  19. apple cider vinegar – the unpasteurized kind – is a probiotic. so it helps the development of good bacteria in your stomach, just like kombucha. I eat it in salads instead of drinking kombucha, which i find to be nasty.

  20. If it’s a fact that Apple Cider Vinegar makes you feel full then surely it’s a fact that it at least promotes weight loss. If you’re thinking about have an unhealthy snack, have a pint of water with some Apple Cider in it. I’m sure you’ll feel full and that unhealthy snack seems a lot less tempting.

  23. I do your workouts 4 times a week and the other 3 days I run or do the elliptical. For ellipticals, would you recommend high or low resistance to tone and keep you in shape?
