  5. oops!! No, no. Braggs ACV, and any ACV you would want to use, is NOT distilled. This is partly why it’s “exempt from the list” of other vinegars. Please don’t use distilled vinegar for any of your diet needs. Make sure the ACV you use is specifically labeled raw, unfiltered, not distilled. Some brands do distill, which completely changes the beneficial characteristics of ACV.

Actually, you should be using this instead of Nexium and Tums ,etc. for acid reflux,as the problem is– Not Enougn Acid, not Too Much Acid. Are you digesting proteins properly? Too little acid could be the problem. Also use a top notch complete digestive enzyme combination including betaine and ox bile. Too many carbs may result in undigested carbs in the large intestine causing loose stools.

  15. If ACV is anywhere near the miracle tonic some people claim it to be, then I would be willing to at least give it a try; but after reading Beth Fontenot’s “The Sour Truth About Apple Cider Vinegar” (which can be read in its entirety by Googling “Apple Cider Vinegar”), I’m not so sure. Would anyone care to address the issue? Thank you. I’m willing to spend, but not waste, money in pursuit of better health.

  17. Thank you rachel. I want to buy some of this apple cider vinegar. I am suffering from Eczema and acid reflux and need an answer to cleanse my body. thanks for this video.

  18. I had severe heart burn and acid reflux. It progressively got worse over a period of weeks until it was quite painful. I happened to get sick around the time it was at it’s worst and wasn’t even trying to cure it. I was eating a lot of junk food and sugary food. In order to help get well from being sick I went on the candida/pH diet. I was quite strict for 30 days. After 30 days the heart burn was completely gone and stayed gone even when I started eating bad food again.

  19. No, it must be unfiltered.

  20. I’m using it to fight my acid reflux. It helps neutralize my stomach acid almost instantly.. I’m so thankful for finding out about organic apple cider vinegar. I refuse to take poisonous pills anymore.

  21. Wait, how does apple cide vinegar help to neutralize pH? Isn’t it a vinegar, and therefore acidic? And can we put this on skin too?

  22. distilled ? well well… talk and talk for nothing… she doesn’t even know what she’s talking about.

  23. NO.
Store bought vinegars have been distilled and the Mother is removed.
You must have Organic Unfiltered Vinegar.

You can learn more at the Bragg website.
