for what it’s worth chocolate is the best selling flavor.

  5. I find that if you add one scoop to 200ml of water in a protein shaker, give it a good shake then you can add your second scoop with a little bit more water.

perhaps but what amount of calories makes you fill is individual and dependent on many variables. Ultimately you want to use this to help create a caloric surplus. You should take it on training and non training days. How much you need to gain weight is dependent upon how many calories you are also getting from whole food. Check out our vid on How to Gain Weight / How to Gain Muscle as we cover this topic in depth and you may find it very helpful. After watching feel free to send us ?s.

not if done correctly and total calories meet your goals (assuming your macros are set properly relative to activity level).

  11. This stuff works period!!! Great buy will get results

  12. Few questions, i’m really skinny and small boy wanting to put on some weight and mass to not look scrawny and small. Im turning 18 in 2months. Already i have started working out and lifting weights. When i take serious mass is when i’m going to be more serious in my workouts. So will i face any problems as in being too full or bloated because i’m small? Do you drink it on your non workout days, if so when on those days? How much water do you fill your bottle to when you pour only one scoop?

  13. Isn’t fasting catabolic towards muscles?

hmmm, Alan Aragon has a book called Girth Control which is likely a good resource. Also Martin Berkhan has some good stuff on his site LeanGains if you are up for trying Intermmitent Fasting.

  15. Can u guys recommend a good nutritional book for lifters who want to drop fat but not affect muscle growth?

does not really matter how many times per day you eat rather it comes down to your calorie intake (where they come from matters) relative to calories burned. Serious Mass can help increase your calorie intake so it can play a key role in gaining weight. Check out our vid on How to Gain Weight / How to Gain Muscle as we cover this topic in depth and you may find it very helpful. After watching feel free to send us questions.

hard to say as there are many variables and what causes acne can be highly individual. There are many theories as to what causes this. Generally speaking we have found a nutrient dense diet with a reasonable macronutrient distribution relative to activity level improves skin (there is open to interpretation so we are making some nutrition videos and will be rolling these out in the near future).

you got it, that’s a good way to summarize it.

  20. The whole 5:1 ratio of carbs vs protein is put simple. This is a great product to actually gain size (due to the significant amount of carbs), just get a whey protein supplement (or eat whole foods rich in protein) to add in to your diet. It all depends on the macronutrients you need to gain weight.

  21. Will I get acne at my back by using this product?Becuase I took GNC weight gainer 2200 and got these acne at my back and neck. Then I stopped it for months and I continue taking my left powder,so far Im still good? What exatcly cause these acne to come out so sudden? Is it because of lack of water in my body?

  22. ‘how do i open the bag? Haha dont bully me imma noob. please answer how to open the top of the bag?

  23. BestPriceNutrition Reply August 25, 2012 at 5:18 pm

You could use a weight gainer w/ a lower carb to protein ratio, such as True Mass. We have a vid on how to choose a weight gainer and one on how to gain weight / how to build muscle that you may find helpful. After watching these feel free to send us questions and we will answer.

  24. should i get this one or BSN True Mass?

  25. BestPriceNutrition Reply August 25, 2012 at 5:56 pm

it would last 16 days as there 16 servings per 12lb bag ( a serving = 2 scoops).

  26. tnx a lot sir. follow up question sir.
i have a 12 lbs serious mass. if i only take 2 scoop per day (1 in the morning and 1 before sleeping) how many days will this product last?

    Tnx again sir!

  27. best gainer ive ever took

  28. BestPriceNutrition Reply August 25, 2012 at 7:33 pm

well the comparison is not apt since the macronutrient content is so different. You would only get a fraction of the protein in a similar serving size of Serious Mass due to all the carbs etc… You could use less Serious Mass and add some protein powder if you wanted to increase the amount of protein.
