Be sure to check the nutritional information very carefully when looking at these items.

Stay away from any foods that have a large amount of trans fat because foods that have trans fat are processed. You can really up your chances of heart disease and other health complications from eating foods with a lot of trans fats in them. When consumed on a regular basis, trans fats can raise the levels of bad cholesterol in the body as well as reduce the good cholesterol.
