    I made these yesterday and ate the other three this morning and were hast as good!! I only added pumpkin pie seasoning to them (I love pumpkin) GrEaT ReCiPe!!

  5. I have found that if I keep mine close to my weight (144 lbs) in grams (144g) of protein, that I do better on those days. I use lots of whey protein powder to help me get there. Good luck! (I do believe this is a weight lifters trick. You can look it up)

  6. These look great! I only have 11 more days of vlcd and then I can try it too! What did you mean when you said that you try to keep your protein equal with your weight?…same amount in grams of protein as what you weight? So, like if a person weighs 170 they should have 170 grams of protein? or have the amount of protein equal to what they want to weigh (goal weight)? I have used Jay Robbs whey protein and love it!

  11. Hm I don’t necessarily agree with HCG as I believe there are better options for getting into Ketosis like CKD, but your recipes are ingenious and could be used under any diet plan. Well done.

    I guess I forgot to mention that I used to make your recipe all the time until I figured this out from my bowl bread recipes. :) )
    Have you bought Elana Amsterdam’s Gluten free Almond Flour cookbook yet? It has some breads that are quite tasty that is made with almond flour. One has Almond butter in it. Most all her recipes are 7 ingredients. Very easy. Good luck going GF! I think it is a great lifestyle! HUGS
