  6. i heard broccoli is a cruciferous vegetable and no cruciferous vegetables should be eaten raw because they naturally contain enzyme inhibitors.. when u cook the broccoli the enzyme inhibitors are neutralized… is this true??

  11. People make broccoli soups so I think yes.. not sure about green shakes if someone using it this way.. But its sounds like you suggesting to bite and chew it raw? So cuting into small pieces and after few minutes blending with other ingredients it might make sense. Am I right?
