perhaps, but that would mean you’d have to be deficient in proteolytic enzymes. If you are concerned you can get something like Papaya chews as you would get bromelain which has benefits beyond digestion alone.

  2. Thanks, do you think taking both would yield better results?

perhaps, however we’d recommend a probiotic supplement before a digestive enzyme as gut bacteria play a key role in digestion. Hope this helps.

  4. Would taking a digestive enzyme help me to absorb the maximum amount of protein. Im thinking about buying some to take post workout with my protein.

look for other companies making cfm whey isolates, if you can’t find one surely you can find Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard whey.

  6. In case I can’t get IsoFlex due to the country where I live, what would be the next best protein option?

  7. BestPriceNutrition Reply September 3, 2012 at 7:37 am

it is certainly one of them.

  8. so isoflex is the best protein as of now?

  9. BestPriceNutrition Reply September 3, 2012 at 8:56 am

well there are some variables such as if it is taken w/ other macronutrients etc… that will effect rate digestion. In general whey is one of the fastest absorbed proteins.

  10. How long does it take for it to fully digest into your body?
