    Fiber comes every Christmas, goes down the chimney, and delivers presents to all the good children. BUT. If you’re naughty, it leaves you coal.
    So in a nutshell, fiber goes through you chimney and delivers coal. :D

    According to Dr. Kent R. Rieske from Bible Life Ministries, fiber is a toxin which ruptures epithelial cells in the stomach and intestines. A high flesh, ketogenic diet is recommended for optimum health.

  5. Fiber cleans out the intestines, but if you have too much it can scrape the linings of your stomach and upset it. In order for fiber to move smoothly, you need to drink a very large amount of water in order to soften it. Think intercourse if it were dry; it’s still sex but it’s not enjoyable- in fact, it hurts for both parties. Add some lubrication, and tah-dah, fun for all! I hope this helps your problem . . . I couldn’t think of another analogy. If problems persist, consult a doctor.

  8. i started eating more raw veggies and fruit to add fiber in my diet , and now im suffering from constipation and gaz and bloated stomach , what did i did wrong ? and how should i fix that should i just stop eating more fiber ? pleas help , oh and btw i don’t eat fat right now ( about just a tblsp of olive oil to cook with and that all ) does that help or not ?

    also fatty foods keep me from feeling hungry for most of the day and i just have another fatty food to help me sleep at night .
    i can have a healthy cereal and be hungry shortly after .
    i can then eat meat with less than five portions of vegetables with lots of pasta and i am hungry shortly after .
