For proper skin care, do not smoke. Smoking can cause wrinkles, giving your skin a much older appearance. Your skin will not have enough oxygen if you smoke. This damages the collagen and elasticity of your skin. The whole smoking process also causes wrinkles on the skin near the mouth and the eyes.

At least twice a day, you need to cleanse your skin. This is the best way to remove dirt and germs from the skin. After you are finished cleaning the skin, apply a moisturizer.
