don’t you guys never listen to this woman! she make the skin worst!!

  16. Sure… something like that. Actually amino acids, when suspended in neutral solution (such as water) exist as more of a zwitterion, with both an acidic (pH around 2.3) and a basic (pH around 9.6) component.

In cosmetics, amino acids are often used as moisture binding agents, which help water stay in the skin. ;P They’re not acidic, or corrosive enough to slough the upper layer of the skin, nor are they large enough to act as an abrasive.

So, how DO amino acids exfoliate skin? o_O

  17. Yes, they make up proteins.
They also have a pH level of 7.4

  18. …not really. Do you know what amino acids are?

  19. It takes off the top layer of dead skin cells, which is what you’re doing when you exfoliate with an exfoliating scrub, such as apricot scrubs or one with the little beads in it.. I forget what they’re made of. Is it polyeurethane?

  20. HAHAHAHA I agree!!!

  21. hahaaahee..its funny, why apply a patch of mask on ur model and tease….lol
