  3. I combine this routine with your 30-minute strengthen, tone, and condition routine, makes for soreness the next day but feels AWESOME! Doing it 2-3 times a week, wanting to be more tone. Getting ready to start trying to have a baby :)

  7. It would totally depend on how much you push through the routine — how hard you work — It could range from 200-500 calories burned. The more you commit and the harder you work, the more calories you’ll burn.

    Counting calories is useless.
    The thing is every cardio workout will boost your metabolism and then you will start losing fat, that’s the point.

  16. Did you listen or watched from the beginning? You probably missed that bit that said: “If any of the exercise I’m doing is too difficult, follow Mary for the modified versions or just march in place and re-join the class when you are ready.” Don’t be too harsh to judge.
