I love this video! I’ve done it a few times now and get better every time. I wish that you had more videos of this length!

  8. Just wanted to thank you for making this video! I can’t really afford to go to yoga classes right now and I don’t always have time to do 60 minutes of yoga so this has really helped me. I do this video about 5 days a week. For people who are worried about the “flow”. Once you watch this video a few times you will know when to breathe/go into the next movement by yourself. You don’t have to wait for her to say to do it. She is explaining it so you can do the right technique correctly.

  9. I’ll have eggs spam bacon spam spam and spam

  10. to me it seems that yoga will build muscle slowly all over the body — compared to working on an isolated group

go to a live class once a week and supplement with video in addition of course to cartdio

  13. Really hard! But totally enjoyed it. I could not do it as a flow. I stopped and stood up in between and I’m not a totally unfit person either. I run 4 miles easily every day but this was hard!!! I can imagine how much my body would have worked :)

  14. This is hell

  15. I am very impressed. Just what the doctor ordered. She is a great teacher and makes it look so easy. I have my work cut out for me. Thank you.

  16. It kills me how she can just swoop that leg from behind her right into a forward thrust without even getting near the mat. Well done.

  23. Hey, have you thought about this method called the Fat Blast Lifestyle? (look it up on google). My friend says it helps people shed fat. Thoughts?

  24. Yes, this is a very good routine for my lunchtime. Leaves me with some time to recuperate and have a light lunch. I am still an inexperienced yogi(off and on for the last 10 years) and I love the challenge of doing new routines. always makes me feel better.
