Hey y’all, I have had alot of people ask me how I have lost so much weight, well here is a video explaining how I have done it. I tried to get everything I could remember in, but I might have missed a couple of things, like how I got thru the hunger at the begining, I would eat tuna and salad for lunch till I worked my way down to no lunch. I kept some made up in the fridge so I had something that was good for me and not fattening to goto when I would get weak. I also made big pots of beans and done them the same way. Some times I do eat a bite, and I do mean a bite of lunch if I have a extra active day to keep up my strength, so if I do eat any extra my motabilisim is up enough that I automatically burn the calories, you actually burn them while you are in bed, so when I get up and skip breakfast and go directly to walking/jogging/running I burn them up and then some. Also it is soooo important to be able to have someone there to encourage you, My Mountainman has been soo encouraging for me, the children have also helped me along with this, but in the mornings and evenings it is good to just go out there and have YOUR time…It helps to relieve stress and to ge you prepared for a busy day. I pulled my calf about 2 weeks ago and was not able to do anything for a solid week, and it was so very hard, I never dreamed I would miss working out so much. My body missed it and I also battled not getting depressed, not being able to do anything. But as soon as I got back to it I

Congrats sweetie on your weight loss. I know all to well how hard it can be.Like right after my divorce to my first husband that threw me in a tail spin of feeling horrible about my weight and felt that it contribute to him leaving me in 2003. So my daughter was my inspiration to pick my self & put myself back together & I realized I had to get healthier for not just myself but her as well I stated at 220 and lost down to 125 & weighed that up till me &my husband now had our 1st child ..continue

  17. How is the weight loss journey going, Misty? Keep up the good work!

  18. LOVE your channel!!! I’m on day 10 of my own weight loss journey! I’m on a juice fast (inspired by the Fat, Sick and Nearly Dead documentary) I started at 180 lbs (I’m 5 feet tall) and today I was 166! I too weigh every morning, seeing that scale moving down is so encouraging!! I’ve been meaning to give pilates a try for quite a while, in fact I think I HAVE the same video you mentioned! Might be time to get it off the shelf!

  19. Why oh why can’t I find a woman like you in this world Misty! It is so depressing…

I finally made it down to the 125-130 range about a year ago and you’re right, it really feels great. Keep up all the great work and I look forward to all the videos you’re going to make.
    Again thank you so much,

  21. congrats on the weight loss.

  22. I know what work you did, over 10 years ago I went from 270 to 128, over the years i have gain back about 40 pounds but if I gain anymore i will walk more..walking at work at my lunch time helped me the most, I also did power yoga and need to start that again! BTW this is Tammy my husband Jim and I share this account. I also stalled a lot but i never gave up!

  23. You Girl girl Thanks for the Advice I think alot of us women once we hit that 30 year mark we just start gaining and its a mission to just stay an average healthy size! Looks like your routine is working and for me this is something 1 I can afford and 2 things I can do. I wouldnt change anything if I were you because you seem to have a method for the weight gain madness Keep it up you look Great! I bet you feel better too =) Very Inspirational Misty Thank you!

  28. Misty I have a farm in Deep Texas and I walk as well as work out and I use Joyce Vedral for upper body strength. Check her out at her website which is her name; she is affordable and you’ll notice immediate results. Hugs Annie:) from Texas P.S. I’m a lot older than you and found my upper body was waning and it wasn’t helping in the garden. So I decided to do something about it. Just thought I’d add that. Hugs Again.

  29. Hello, have you considered this plan called the Fat Blast Furnace? (do a google search). My mom says it helps people get thinner.

  30. Moderation is the key. YOU LOOK GREAT! I was off line for several months and was amazed when I saw you. I recently started walking myself. Not to lose weight but to GAIN STAMINA. The way things are going I think we are going to need it. Take Care.

  31. Thank you so much~

  32. Congrats and keep up the good work Misty. You said it a couple of times in your video and I always tell people, do what works for you. I also found that, for me, I like to get to a weight where I feel good no matter what others say. I’m 5’8″ and feel best at about 155 and people tell me that’s to light. Not for me it’s not. Also thanks for all that you do with your videos. They have helped me tremendously in my canning and prepping.

  33. Congrats Misty!Good luck with the rest :)

  34. Bravo!!! I am so proud of you :)

  35. Thank you sooo much Misty!! Im going to follow what you do. I figure you are one of the busiest people I have seen but you still make time to exercise, so NO excuses for myself! You are an inspiration! God Bless!
