    Thank you for posting this, I was so taken back by this huge error in her video. Like you said, applaud for her stressing the importance of the foot work but definitely agree respect Yamuna!

    I applaud you for encouraging foot care for it is the most important part of the body. However, if you are going to speak about a modality you may want to respect the inventor by saying her name right and be certified in her work in order to speak about the patterns and how this amazing modality works. It is pronounced YAMA NAH, like the bike Yamaha but with an n, not ya moon na. Thank you.

  31. hi i have real flat feet and painful arches i do have tennis balls and how do i use them for this workout here? how do you keep them under your feet and not rolling away? any advice will help and thank you.

  32. i have flat feet and my arch has been hurting for more many months now been seeing a podiatrist and my feet got scanned for orthtotics.i pray they will help me.i do have a foot roller but the foot roller did not take away any foot pain.what else can i do? my foot hurts so bad to walk or stand there anything else i can use in replace of these foot savers? if i use a tennis ball won’t that roll?

  33. I use a tennis ball, get the same effect, and saved a lot of cash. It’s easy to put your weight on the tennis ball and roll it under your foot. Takes a little getting used to, but that’s true of anything stretching and strengthening your feet.
