    If you really wanna know what YOGA is, just Google “Bikram Yoga”…..

  7. I have scoliosis and I did the Jillian Michaels yoga meltdown, which I find has helped with the pain and also my posture. They do similar moves in this one too so I guess it would help. You could also search for yoga workouts for scoliosis cause they are some on youtube
