  3. This routine makes my day. I end every workout with it and it pushes me to get through just to treat my body with this at the end. To suddenly find yourself in a position that you didn’t know you were capable of? Awesome. That’s not to say it’s not also a challenge. The first time I got my knee back around without tapping my toe on the ground…that was a good day. Thank you all for everything, but especially this one.

  26. This is a great video. The sensitivity to his demo body is quite remarkable. Not something you see every day. :)
    The “Great Eliminator” is known as the Hoku point (LI 4 or Large Intestine 4). It is widely used because it’s very easy to perform on oneself, but be aware:

    Caution: This point is forbidden for pregnant women because its stimulation can cause premature contractions in the uterus.

  27. I’ve been using “The Eliminator” for headache relief for over 20 years without knowing it is called that. It really works!
