  19. It’s a phenomena in the brain. There is a technical term for it, but in essence it’s job is to help social development. Your brain likes to mimic other peoples feelings. That’s why you can have pain simply by watching someone have pain. And likewise, feel relaxed when someone else is relaxed! :)
