  1. Me too! I remember flying on a plane with my parents losing my mind because my legs were freaking out, they didn’t know about it too much in the 80′s yet so everyone thought I was just being bad! Yeah yoga, the life saver!

    I have the exact feeling with my ARMS sometimes! Is there a squence that helps with arms, too?

  17. As I watching this while typing my homework on this here computer, I did some of these exercises with the arms and I already feel relived and freeier. Considering typing on the computer for two hours strait. Its good to streatch once in a while Thankyou again!

    Re: Restless legs..I also recommend trying a homeopathic remedy like Calcarea Carbonica or simply a Calcium supplement 45 mins before bed.

    My cat sleeps with me on top of my legs. I would always feel this weird thing on my legs and have to move them, so she would go away :( Not anymore ! Thank you !

    You’re awesome! I was in the supermarket, flipped open Yoga magazine, read your interview & found out you have these videos. I took Pilates in college, & have been doing Bujinkan Budo Taijutsu for twenty years, we do Junan Taiso stretching, & I will enjoy supplementing my routine with your wonderful stretches.
