  2. I play the fight on move it is a crazy workout. It takes about a week to get the in game character responsive As he is weak and slow. I uploaded a quick vid to show some counter attack combos in slow mo then in real time. Check it!! It will get you ripped

Juice and eat alot of veggies ;) cellulose also helps with elasticity, however, I agree with these knuckleheads (hahahaha), you are working your ass off to achieve this weight loss and that in itself is a feat. So what if you have a lil bit of extra skin? Bah, the point is to help your body achieve homeostasis.:)

  13. Hello, have you tried “Belly Fat MeltMax” (just do a Google search for it…)? On their website you will find a helpful free video. This helped Donna to reduce her belly fat. It might help you out also…

  16. u should also do a lot of core exercises such as planks mountain climbers and once u are satisfied with the amount of weight that u lose start building up ur abdominals to fill in the loose skin to do that you would have to do weighted ab exercises mixed with toning ab exercises(no weights just bodyweight) also hydration is key and the palmers line is great they have a firming butter that works really good hope that helps

  17. Whats Up Everybody?
    In just my preliminary six weeks on intermittent fasting I was actually able to to concurrently shed fat while also strengthening lean muscle mass and getting stronger. Overall I dropped eighteen pounds of bodyfat( yet somehow look much bigger). This is the least complicated diet blueprint I have ever used.
    I highly suggest this IF diet if you are just starting. Cheers

  18. Something I was told that helps is hydration, both by drinking lots of water and eating things like oily fish, and also by keeping the skin moisturised, by using something like Bio Oil. Also very slow progress, like 1lb a week loss can help your skin keep up with you’re doing.

  20. Thanks you for your advice. That was really helpful. I was getting worried about the sagging skin that I have after losing 30 lbs after three months on Roca Labs, no surgery gastric bypass. I am 5’5″, I weight 160 lbs lbs before. I know have lose skins on my arms, thighs and belly. I think Im near my goal weight now but I don’t know what to do about it.

I was a size 9 thick legs & ass and alot of muscle in my arms..I had 2 c~sections and gained like 80lbs. my 1st pregnancey well i lost it and sum & let me tell you i have so much loose skin in my stomach and arms oh boy disgusting!!!!! Any woman who has a c~section guess what your muscles get cut no nerves left really!!!   25. Compression suit best thing for lose skin. Sleep with it. Will get rid of a lot of saggy skin around your belly and thighs.

    General rule of thumb, is to eat half your body weight in protein. If you weigh 250 pounds, then you should aim for at least 125 grams of protein. This will keep your skin tight, nails strong, and hair growing!!!
