  10. I lost 13 pounds last summer… I’ve hit a plateau for 8 months and finally lost 5 pounds more. I have 5 more pounds to lose to get to my goal weight.

I lost wieght this past year ( 8th grade ) and I lost 30 pounds bc i didn’t drink any soda for 7 months and I didnt eat and chocolate for 3 months after that i just been really aware to what i ate and i started going on walks and bike rides and now i am just toneing my self up and i thought i would share my success with you… :)

  14. WOAH we have reallyyyyyy similar eating habits (what you used to eat)

  15. To be honest NO soda or juice is healthy unless you are juicing everything yourself and you know what goes in it. Drinking half your weight, in ounces, a day of water is your best bet. And don’t just be looking at calories for your food…. You should definitely be looking at the sodium too. And cholesterol. If you really wanna loose weight, cut out bread, rice(any starches) and only eat chicken and
    no other meats.

  16. @paislytrainreck um.. just eat about 800 calories a day and exercise 2 times a day for 2 hours
    ;0 you will get results but it is suppppppeerrr hardcore.

  17. not trying to burst anyone’s bubble but any kind of soda/juice ,be it diet coke or anything of the sort is not healthy and/or helping you lose weight. just saying.

  19. I love excercing and sometime i do it too much which is not good for you but i have a food problem i tried dieting and it didn’t work i need help

  21. Im trying to be healthy too. Drinking more water, fruits and basically follow the food pyramid carefully cause proteing and meat are important. The thing i dont like is exercising but Im still going. Also another healthy thing is just trying to be positive at things and staying calm. Its the only way to move on. :)
