  1. Start back slowly, don’t go crazy and try to push the same weights that you used to. Go progressively, don’t risk re-injury!

    Need HElp… N since You the only one with the best advice out there.. Here goes …
    I just recovered from a ligament injury in my right wrist.. not too bad just a severe strain…i’ve taken a break(2 n half months) n feel all better now… doctors said i could get back … but wanted to ask YOU ..how should I approach starting over again… i used to dumbell chest press 65lbs , was working out for about 4 months prior to the injury..
    any help would be great..

    what weight gain (and calorie surplus) do you recommend for strenght training? same as for hypertrophy type training or less?

  21. You should look at oils like wheat germ has a great source of vitamin E and omega 3 etc, just has the down side of being high in saturated fats. I personally always thought that fish oil capsules are a waste of money.
