Yeah, I too am guilty of jumping through weight loss plan to others as well, I do believe that I need to have tested every single fat reduction system that was available, but in the end not one of them made it easier for me to lose and maintain the weight off. I ended up trying for the very last time using the Proladox Diet Plan mainly because my cooworker who told me extraordinary things about it and so far to date I’ve successfully dropped 18 lbs in 4 weeks!

  4. Hi Alycia, Currently I drink 24oz of water and 48oz of strawberry banana smoothie a day. I’m working on the food portion of my diet because I just naturally crave more food in the warm months of the year. Looking forward to trying an all-natural cake. Thanks for the tips.

  7. Hello…thanks for watching! I dont necessarily suggest losing 5 lbs in one week. The safe suggestion would be 1-2 pounds a week. Basically when losing weight, most research points to 1200-1500 kcal a day. Why are you trying to lose 5 lbs in one week? Be well.  Alycia

  8. Hi! I am glad to hear you found this video helpful..I hope you continue to watch :) Regarding your water intake, most experts suggest drinking 8 8oz glasses of water a day. I suggest drinking more if you are exercising or an active. Determining the break down of intake throughout the day is really individual to all. What is your current intake schedule and what other drinks are you considering or currently drinking? Be well. Alycia

  9. You always recommend drinking plenty of water. I agree it really makes me feel great but, it also drop my salt and sugar levels. How should we stretch throughout the day our water intake say with other drinks? Thanks really needed this video I have being trying to gain weight and so this information was very helpful.

  11. @talesofquestionmark Ideally, breakfast should be the biggest meal of the day (especially if you are trying to lose weight). Try to balance your calories throughout the day. My ideal breakfast (FOR ME)…because everyones goals and current fitness levels are different….is a cup of non-fat plain yogurt with walnuts and blueberries, a natural peanut butter sandwich and 2 hard boiled eggs (only the whites) with oj mixed with water :) Hope that helps.   12. As long as you are not injured and just sore, the best thing to do is actually move again! This will allow the lactic acid to be released from your muscles…when you stretch and drink water you will feel much better :) Be well. Alycia

  15. I eat Omega-3′s everyday! I eat avocados, salmon, olive oil, walnuts and especially flax seeds (ground up) In yogurt, or cereal, or oatmeal or even salads. Omega-3′s are very good for you, they help lower overall (and bad) cholesterol. Be well. Alycia

  20. Question. I just started back at the gym on Monday after way to long of an absence. I didn’t push it to hard, but my legs have been so sore the last two days. So my question is it better to wait until my legs aren’t as sore or should I still go?
