  1. I completely understand what you mean. My goal weight after my deployment is around 140-145 lbs. I’m 5’7”. I got all the way down to 152 before and loved it…could run like the wind, PLUS I felt great! So yeah, feeling good is what I’m achieving vs. looking good. and 193 just ain’t cute…period!

  2. I’m 187 and 5’8 and people always tell me I shouldn’t lose any weight because I look good, but looking good and feeling good are two different things. My goal is 155-165 to be healthy!!!!

  3. gurl, everyone keeps saying that, but I dont like the way I look at this weight, and neither does the Army! lol. I gotta get down. Girl, did you join the challenge????

  4. 193?! You carry your weight well. I weigh 217. :-| I felt cutest at 190-195
