My Weight Loss Story ♡

♡ OPEN ME! :) Hope you LIKE, Comment and Subscribe! When I was loosing weight, I also kept thinking, “Every step counts, every step counts” because it really does! That helped motivate me to walk places instead of drive. Helped me workout. Helped me burn extra calories. So try that as well! Also, try to give up something that you feel is not good for you (eg. chocolate/white bread) for a certain amount of time. And ask your friend or family member to do it with you so you have support (and you can make it into a BET, and have it be something really bad if you loose it lol – that should keep you motivated!) At the end of the day, its about being HEALTHY (not skinny) whatever that weight is for you.     that’s too sensitive imo. i was only pushed to lose weight after getting tired of everyone calling me fat lol. if everyone was being restrained about it just calling me overweight, i don’t think i wouldve been motivated to lose anything.

  14. story of my life. I constantly hear that line “you will look good if you lose weight.” it make me feel uncomfortable because sometime i feel it’s an underhanded insult saying i’m not good enough or saying i’m fat/overweight

  17. I like this video I just wish it didn’t start off with “I used to be fat” because its an insult for full figured ppl. Fat is disgusting and it’s not everyone reality to be a really thin. Some ppl are big boned and the “best” they can get to without looking like they’re sick is 145lbs. Is that fat ?! Your intentions are amazing, that was just the only salty thing.

    Annie I have been trying to loose weight in the past 5 years. For me was always: “I want to look good like I was” But now that I listen to what you saying in the video, it’s about choosing the right food for your needs. I work in a office, so I don’t need a lot of food like I eat day to day basis. Those other tip I get is more like: “you will look good if you loose weight” but you say ” You need to exercise to be healthy, and healthy is beautyfull” Thanks I’m gonna try your tips from now on.

You seem to work really hard to look how you do, and you look great btw!     I have a question, have you thought about this method called the Fat Blast Furnace? (look for it on google). My cousin says it helps people lose weight faster.
