  2. I have a question, have you tried the Fat Blast Lifestyle? (look it up on google). My sister insists it helps people live longer.

  4. I have a question, have you considered this plan called the Fat Blast Furnace? (do a google search). My father in law says it helps people lose weight easily.

waaauw to fast but i not gonna give up , i love it thanksss !

  12. This is a great workout! I did not find it at all difficult to follow. I feel great and rejuvinated.

  13. I love this! Thank you Bryan, it’s a great way to start or end a day!

  14. Would this be under the category of moderate physical activity?

  15. the beginning is like pilates lol :D
Anyways i love this and im gonna try it out!! (:

  16. Oh my gosh I love this video soooooooooo much!!!!!

  17. This is wonderful. Thank you!!

  18. Love this video! This is great when I’m feeling for a fast paced practice without having to do a tradicional (running, circuit training) workout… Thank you so much!

  19. Hihi, have you considered this method called the Fat Blast Blueprint? (Google it). My friend says it helps people lose weight easily.

  20. thank you! :)

  21. This is my favorite practice ever. At first I thought it was challenging, but after a couple of times I could easily keep up and I felt fantastic afterward! Thank you so much! Compared to the other practices with Bryan, I always think of this one as the “mid” level.

  22. Great session I had with this video! I loved the pace, fast enough to flow well but slow enough to get good full breaths in :o ) I liked some of the variations, especially the straddled leg plank with the leg lift.
    Thanks for putting this up!

  23. this kind of yoga will usually make u feel more energized not tired, this is why i love it, it’s perfect to do in the morning to give you energy for the day, and a very good workout to help lose weight, i could feel my heart pounding during the poses, if some of you think it’s too fast, then maybe u haven’t tried this kind of yoga before and are not used to it, it will always seem too fast or too slow or whatever when you’re doing it the first time cos u don’t know what the pace will be…

  24. Well said.

And that’s why I ask about heavy metals…If someone is very toxic with metals, it can be very detrimental to all kinds of things….There must be a dramatic method to remove these things…please share your thoughts.

  26. marlowgoremonic118 Reply August 31, 2012 at 3:59 pm

Thanks Freelea for not being fake. What about heavy metal detox, and deep cleansing? Do you just eat fruit, or would you recommend or do any additional measures such as colonic, chelation, steam, herbal cleanses, etc..Thanks and love dear.

  27. It is very unfortunate that you try and bring a positive message, yet you use the word “bitch”. Even ironically, it is detrimental to your message, and frankly, to the cause of women everywhere in the world. Also makes you look trashy… Good for you I guess.

  28. I use to eat soo much fruit like you are saying, but I actually gained weight! It has to do with overall calories (too much of anything is bad). When I started eating smaller meals of just fruit and I sustained a slim weight….and I ate more fat then too….and I lost weight very quickly.

  29. Hey, have you thought about this method called the Fat Blast Furnace? (check google). My sister says it helps people lose weight easily.

  30. Hihi, have you heard of the Fat Blast Lifestyle? (do a google search). My sister told me it helps people lose weight with little effort.

  31. You are such a bitch, i love it

  32. how much do you weigh now?

  33. Yes, it is so nice to go straight to the produce, then papergoods and pet foods and out!

  34. You say that carbohydrates are rarely ever stored as fat. Do you base that on any studies? If what you says is true, that would mean that if you start to eat a lot of sugar then that doesn’t make you fat (if that’s the only thing you change in your diet). But maybe you where referring to the kind of carbohydrates that are in your diet? I want to believe that what you say is true, that would be great.

  35. Oh yeah muscles? The only reason they are showing is because you have no fat ;)

  36. LOL

  37. How can anyone afford to eat meat like some people do..?

  38. Who can afford to eat like this? Not me. Bananas are now $1.00 a pound!

  39. I’ve tried high carb diets and I feel really hungry all the time. You say if I don’t eat fat and eat just carbs. Such as, fresh fruits, vegetables, legumes for protein. However when I add a couple of ounces of high energy fruits like avocados I stay satisfied for a good 3-4 hours I think because of it’s high fat content. Can you help me? Or is this just a kind of unique (me) thing.

  40. Soooo true. When I started caring more about my health, animals and the environment and weight loss became secondary was really when I started feeling amazing! I’ve lost more weight eating a shit ton of bananas instead of calorie constricting :D I love it

  41. so true, if your main focus is WEIGHT LOSS ..you may not last on high carb raw vegan….it will happen eventually but in the meantime your health will be soaring and everything else will too!

  42. Darling, at least eat more than bananas. I eat 6 small meals a day. I’m Raw Vegan too, i’m atleast 60% Raw-vegan. I lift weights, so I take my post/pre workouts. and have been for the past year.

  43. you were hot then and still hot now

  44. T^T wat u said is 100%true! I went through all the same faces ( excluding drugs). But god bless I found a balance between eating healthy n exercising in moderation. It takes plenty of time but the key is to drastically reduce fat intake n not becoming skinny as ur main focus :3

  45. Freelea, do you do any strength training? From your old blogs it seems like you did, but do you strength train now? How are your arms so defined if you only jog? :)

  46. If she was that scrawny she wouldn’t have the muscles like she does. Them muscles need calories and proteins and carbs to build up, so I have no idea what you’re talking about when u say she needs to eat more calories, especially when she just explained she eats over 2500 some days. :L just saying.

  47. I smash the shakes and red/white meat, hit the gym, hit the High intensity training and I’ve got the 300 Physique. 5 years to lose weight? Shit Diet and shit lifestyle. #fuckthatveganshit

  48. Its not bout fat is bad.

Its about combining the macronutriens (Proteins, carbs, fats)

If u have em all 3 in abundance ull get fat, so u drop one of these

u dropped the fats, some others drop the carbs, both work.

btw u look scrawny, I guess u have a caloric deficit n u should eat more

calorie dense nuts for example will do the trick
