  5. LosingDrea, I am so proud of you. You set out your goal and accomplished it. You are truely an inspiration to others. :) Keep up the good work! Whatever your final goal is, whatever you want, is fine, but just remember you are awesome right now! You are kind, intuitive and amazing.

  6. This is why it took me 3 times to believe it. But some weeks I do more than others. I guess it depends on what I have done, eaten the night before a weigh-in, or how much sleep I have gotten. Last week I actually did not weigh myself the very 1st thing when I got up & b4 I remembered it was time to I had already drank & ate something so it was what it was. Then a week later I had a significant loss. Mostly liquids can help allot you know but I can’t last 4ever, I want this over with LOL

  8. LOL Well…you know how much I struggled with the 240′s and I just can not believe how well I am doing with this challenge..its unbelievable how much you can do if you really put your mind to it. :)

  20. I have not had allot of time since now I workout then work from 4pm until 6am & I think the added work and all the other things I have been doing is what has helped me. The key is to get in more protein & less sugars & do drink your water and get in at least 30 minutes of exercise daily if at all possible. I have also been struggling with heartburn & I seem to get sick a bunch from the acids..not the best way to lose weight but effective apparently. I do want to eat some bad stuff but wont! XOXO
