    Its all on the excercise and becoming vegetarian:).

  5. What can you use instead of protein powder as I can’t afford a protein powder they expensive here in New Zealand.

  6. Also if you don’t eat enough food, your body will go into survival-mode and gain fat to survive.

  13. My breakfast this morning is a cup of chick peas, a cup of quinoa with a side of carrots, broccoli and cauliflower and cilantro for garnish.

  14. For a few weeks until your body learns to burn fat more efficiently than it does when you eat a lot of carbs. Then, you have just as much energy and can continue that diet until you are relatively fat free. Then, for maximum energy, you’ll need to switch back to a regular macronutrient diet. Just my two cents.

    Not necessarily, You get a lot of energy from fruits, vegetables and protein!

    It makes the biggest difference, I promise you!! the weight comes off really fast, add ground flax seed to your diet to keep yourself regular in the bathroom (that makes a big difference in weight too)

  19. I am with gastric bypass no surgery called ‘Rocalabs”. I have 30 more pounds lo lose and I will be at my weight goal that my doctor agreed on. I have so much more energy now! I totally love being thin. I’m 5′ 0″ I praise each an everyone of you who’v managed to lose weight and live a healthier, more energetic lifestyle. It’s awesome! Keep up good work,stay motivated!

    Just do Low Carb. Doing a diet is awful. Did myself low carb and still doing it. I have a sixpack. High Protein, Low Carbs. I eat a lot. I lost a few big buckets of fat. Real fat. By diets you can lose: Motivation, Focus, Control and Muscles. Especialy, you have to know that “fat” people aren’t really in for workout. And once they skip a workout they always do. Low Carb is the best answer. Definition and Fat Loss. What else do you want?
