    As of right now I have cut out junk food and soda, but as soon as I start on The 17 Day Diet I will be cutting out a lot of other food. I plan on following the diet to the T. Yes I do have a weight goal for myself. I would like to get down to 125. Thanks.

    Thanks, I will do that. I find that logging has helped me stay on track and has just motivated me even more to lose the weight.

    Is there anything besides junk food you’ve cut out of your diet? And besides fitting into your old jeans is there any weight goal you have for yourself? I think what your doing is great. And I’m always available to talk and motivate you through this challenge!
